ethercat compatibility mode works only with position controllers

Bug Description

Compatibility mode for etherCAT version of the code sends targets to sh_<JOINTNAME>_position_controller/command
which may not exist when another position controller is used (example mixed-position-velocity controllers). A remap should be done when loading other position controllers from the sr_control_gui
