in the gazebo launch files: use spawn model instead of gazebo model

Using the gazebo_worlds empty.world instead of my custom one ensures compatibility (modified the empty_world.launch in sr_hand)

Yes, Gazebo crashes with the latest version on the trunk : http://answers.ros.org/question/2184/getting-my-custom-transmissions-to-work-in-gazebo

To solve this problem, you need to comment out publishMechanismstatistics() in pr2_controller_manager/src/controller_manager.cpp and recompile the pr2_controller_manager... I'm still waiting for an answer on why this is not working :S

Tried the suggested fix, did not work. Gazebo crashes in what appears to be the same manner.
