I have added the ability to sort based on the currently available columns.

There is no "field" necessarily that correlates to translation status. However, currently it does filter out materials that are already translated into the language that you are currently viewing the site in. So, if you are viewing the site in the language you want to translate materials into, then you do not have to worry about accidentally duplicating work.
