The problem was that the launchpad bazaar repository was stuck. Probably caused by a forced push on the github repository.
And the nasty bit being that there are no ways to reset the bazaar repo from here.
So to fix this I created a launchpad git mirror, synced it to github, and then synced bazaar to it.

Now translation pushed to github are updated on Launchpad as expected, yeah.
