Comment 35 for bug 1320020

I am encountering the same issue, Attached are 2 files from alsa-info.sh.

I use Ubuntu 16.04 - Dell XPS-15, and I DO NOT dual boot windows.

Summary:
1) Initially audio works fine.
2) Plug headphones in jack, Speaker audio stops and headphone works.
3) Unplug headphone, Speaker will not work
4) Plug headphone back in, it won't work either (at some times)
5) Unplug headphones.
6) Put laptop into sleep, Speaker audio will work again (Also at some times I had to repeat this step multiple times).
