Comment 0 for bug 1464430

Some pajek formatted files do not start with *Network in line 1, instead they start with *vertices and then declare vertices, arcs, edges, etc.
These files (mostly output by R) are perfectly OK to read and socnetv should read them.

For instance this file cannot be read by socnetv 1.7 only because there is no *Network in line 1.
