Bug Description
Behaviour as of 2017-12-15
Steps to reproduce:
* register a new snap (private snap used in this case)
$ snapcraft register <name> --private
* open the users dashboard on dashboard.
* find the entry for the the snap
* the entry shows the name and that is registered on the global store
* a subframe says "No revisions yet" and a link "View snap upload instructions"
Expected:
Some access to the snap details so that I can invite collaborators and have the first revision uploaded by an account other than my own.
