Bug Description
As a publisher I want to relinquish ownership of a snap name so that it doesn't appear in my publisher UI.
Things to consider:
- When to keep a history of name ownership - Traceability of name disputes
- Decluttering the UI - I've reg'd 20 times that I'm now going to use
