Currently, if you want your company or other organization name to appear — to end users — as the publisher of a snap, you need to disobey Ubuntu One’s instructions.
Specifically, when <https://login.ubuntu.com/> asks “Please tell us your full name”, you need to enter your company/organization name instead.
I guess there are at least two ways this could be fixed:
- Change login.ubuntu.com to specifically cater for company accounts.
- Have a separate field on dashboard.snapcraft.io for entering your organization name, that would override your full name wherever snap info is displayed. |

There is a separate “Company name” field on <https://dashboard.snapcraft.io/dev/account/>, but apparently some API clients currently ignore this. |
