Organization as publisher requires org name in “Your full name”

Currently, if you want your company or other organization name to appear — to end users — as the publisher of a snap, you need to disobey Ubuntu One’s instructions.

Specifically, when <https://login.ubuntu.com/> asks “Please tell us your full name”, you need to enter your company/organization name instead.

There is a separate “Company name” field on <https://dashboard.snapcraft.io/dev/account/>, but apparently some API clients currently ignore this.
