Kevin, this issue has nothing to do with Ubuntu! No matter what Linux version you are using, if your machine is ipv6 only, you can't use Snaps! Debian, Fedora, Arch, whatever - it doesn't matter. The issue is that snaps are still only working for ipv4 addresses and not working for ipv6 addresses.
Snap is so great on ipv4 systems. It is a shame it is 2023 and this is still an issue for ipv6 machines!
