File picker and other native windows have garbled fonts in Arch & Manjaro

Bug Description

I am the maintainer of Beekeeper Studio - https://beekeeperstudio.io, an open source database GUI and query editor.

The snap works fine in Ubuntu, but for many users on Arch and Manjaro they see garbled fonts in native file picker windows.

I've seen this mentioned as being something to do with the font service (or lack of isolation from it), but wasn't sure if this issue was specifically tracked.

It makes my app pretty much unusable as a Snap for many non-Ubuntu desktops.

I've attached an example.

Oh, forgot to mention, the AppImage and DEB versions work fine with no font issues, so this seems uniquely related to snaps.

Where can I find the snapcraft.yaml you use to build the beekeper snap?

Snapcraft 4.4+ introduced some improvements, such that when you use a gnome-3-28 extension in your snapcraft.yaml, the resulting snap will build its private fonts cache during installation, and the font problems should be gone.
