This usually happens if the timezone in the VM/testbed is different from the timezone in the host. Then tar'ing built trees or artifact directories and copying them to the host, or saving/restoring the current temp files across a testbed reboot will produce that.

Possibly calling tar with --warning=none should suppress those.
