I think it is probably booting only UEFI and it cannot boot legacy BIOS. But I do not think it boots in secure boot.

Since they claim it can do secure boot and measured boot on their website, I expect there are newer builds of the firmware that can do it.

Or maybe there is some firmware configuration. Have you tried to go in the settings menu of the firmware? Probably pressing ESC while booting.
