Comment 3 for bug 1849291

I've implemented this as discussed but before proposing the pull request I wanted to double check what my classic system says. On my system I can see that the path property for all of network manager is either /org/freedesktop for the object that only provides object enumeration or /org/freedesktop/NetworkManager, with various sub-objects there, for the main part.

Perhaps we could scope it this way?
