I cofirm with 2 computers (laptop & desktop).
temporary, I boot on 4.15.0-20-generic (thanks to grub-customizer) and I've remove 4.15.0-24-generic with : sudo apt purge linux-image-4.15.0-24-generic linux-headers-4.15.0-24*

PS : the problem persist with 4.15.0-25-generic.
