I've been hitting the same bug as kyrofa when running add-apt-repository, although my /etc/lsb-release/ seems to look fine:

DISTRIB_ID=Ubuntu
DISTRIB_RELEASE=16.04
DISTRIB_CODENAME=xenial
DISTRIB_DESCRIPTION="GalliumOS 2.0"

Could this be another issue entirely?
