This is still reproducible on 2.27.2 (I used Ubuntu 16.04 running Unity 7)
$ sudo snap install lonewolf
Search and pin lonewolf launcher
$ sudo snap disable lonewolf
The launcher goes away
$ sudo snap enable lonewolf
The launcher stays gone.
On top of that it feels like an unity bug, searching for "lonewolf" again doesn't yield any hits. The actual desktop file (found in /var/lib/snapd/desktop/applications/lonewolf_lonewolf.desktop) exists and hast the same content as before.
