To this date, build-base only works coupled with "type: base".
What remains to be implemented and is on the roadmap is:
- support for type: kernel
- support for type: app
- bases that are not on a stable channel (such as bare), which would need a mark to determine they were not built on a "stable" base (considering it is not on stable, it could have pending changes to the base), for which we will mark the built snap with "grade: devel"
