Recording a video freezes the display and produces a empty file.
The following is written on the console

snap-photobooth:9111): GStreamer-CRITICAL **: gst_mini_object_unref: assertion 'mini_object != NULL' failed

When trying to switch to the photo mode, the app crashes.
