I also have a script for converting yum configs (including mirror lists)
available at http://scop.fedorapeople.org/scripts/yum2smart.py . Not sure if
it's any more useful in this particular case than Axel's "two-liner", but I've
found it useful in converting repo configs in general. I've intended to submit
is as a contrib script to smart upstream, but haven't got around to doing it yet.
