Bug Description
It appears that Slingshot on Loki is not ranking search results as it should.
For example, searching for "mai" returns "Multitasking View" and then "Mail", and Mail does not appear to ever bubble up above Multitasking View.
Similarly, typing "screen" brings up "Onboard" and "Screen Reader", and _then_ "Screenshot", even though "Onboard" doesn't have "screen" in its name, plus I open Screenshot almost daily and never open the others.
We should make sure the search ranking is still in tact and figure out why it no longer appears to be working as well as it has in the past.

I opened another similar bug earlier where typing "file" was bringing up Archive Manager. Now, "files" brings up Scratch as the top result for me, despite using Files quite a few times. Files remains the fourth or fifth result.
