Typing "web" in slingshot brings up "Camera" as first result

Bug Description
I'm trying elementary OS Loki 0.4 Beta 2 in a virtual machine, and I noticed that typing "web" in slingshot brings up Camera as the first result. I would expect the epiphany "Web Browser" to be the first result so that I could just type "web" and hit enter to browse the web.

This should be solved with the same as #1620626 . If we prefer display names over keywords in the sorting. However, I'm not sure this is fully a duplicate as we might want to also consider preferring descriptions over keywords since Epiphany only has "Epiphany Web Browser" kind of incidentally. It does say "Web" in its description though, while I believe that Camera is matching because one of its keywords is "webcam"
