Bug Description
Unfortunately, when using two monitors in a vertical arrangement with respect to each other, there are several bugs to be noted that severely hamper productivity.
The first is that wingpanel automatically chooses to stick to the monitor highest in the vertical configuration, and specifying launcher placement manually in Switchboard-
When monitors are arranged in the fashion specified above, slingshot doesn't open on the same monitor which contains the application menu (which is the top one). Thus when attempting to open slingshot you have to move all the way to the top of highest monitor, click, then move back to the top left corner of the lowest monitor to actually use it. Very tiring after the first few times.
Thank you all for making this great OS possible, I use it as my main operating every day at work as well as at home and school. Together we can continue to make it better still :)

Same problem here. Wingpanel is displayed on the highest monitor, but slingshot opens on the "primary" monitor.
Other problem, is that when the highest monitor is not primary, the "auto background" feature of wingpanel does not work.
The background stays black, even on a dark wallpaper.
