Comment 1 for bug 695900

This looks similar to a bug I just reported (https://bugs.launchpad.net/slime/+bug/722786). My username does not use Chinese characters, though, so I don't think that's the problem. Did you try pointing your %TEMP% directory to a path that doesn't include your username?
