Comment 3 for bug 1173336

I think skype-wrapper needs a complete rewrite due to several api changes in ubuntu. I will put up a skype-wrapper2 project released before 13.10 hopefully. This version is aimed at ubuntu 12.10 onwards. But as ubuntu 12.04 is a LTS this is still my priority refarding compatibility
