Bug Description

the launcher nags (wiggles) me everytime someone goes online or offline .. this isn't the standard way IM's handle it on Ubuntu .. the launcher wiggle is used for events that you need special attention .. example, completing a file transfer, call request, call remotely ending, unread message .. etc etc .. or at least as far as i know .. i'm not nit picking, just enquiring about what the decision was and whether it can be an option that is defaulted to off?

CORRECTION: turns out that its not when users come online / offline .. it performs a launcher wiggle whenever the skype window loses focus?

description: updated
summary: - launcher event for user online / offline
+ launcher wiggle whenever the skype window loses focus

You totally confused me, are you talking about the standart animation in 12.10 when minimizing a window?

It's as if it's receiving a message once every few seconds, authough this obviously isn't the case. If you have the window closed (ie running in the task bar), it will open back up again. If it looses focus, it will perform the action it usually does when you receive a message. Occationally, it will even pop up above all other windows that are open.
