Hm, what a pity ;)
I hoped, that this x/y-resolution-thingy would be the solution, maybe... but my sane-backend don't even know this parameters. So it has to be something else...
In fact, scanimage (and therefore simple-scan, ) don't respect the --resolution parameter, but xsane does.
