Description of problem:
The latest version of simple-scan has placed its LC_MESSAGES files in the wrong locations. They are in /usr/@DATADIRNAME@/locale/<locale-name> when they should be in /usr/share/locale/<locale-name>

3.14.3-1.fc21

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install simple-scan package

Actual results:
LC_MESSAGES under /usr/@DATADIRNAME@/locale

Expected results:
LC_MESSAGES under /usr/share/locale
