I could not reproduce this situation when trying to save a script, but when trying to open a script and accidentally hit the open button, when positioned on a directory, that is not a Sikuli folder (.sikuli). (Windows 7 32Bit)
I think, this should not raise an exception, but come back with an according information for the user.
