class path: my method to get it working, was to take the respective line from the 0.10 version. Now I realized, that there may be apostrophes missing with the -jar parm:
I changed to: -jar "%~d0%~p0sikuli-ide.jar" and it works.

... and however it comes, its different:
- the raise to 320 MB is away - it starts around 125 MB
- but it still shows increasing memory consumption, but rising very very slow

btw: a shortcut to the .bat on the desktop only every 2nd or 3rd try reacts positive on a drop of a .sikuli. In the other cases, the bat starts, but the IDE does not come up and the bat ends.

Concerning Windows: I really feel with you. Working with Windows sometimes feels like punishment ;-)
But if it motivates you: I think still most people are using it and I have been told that some of them even love it ;-)
