- 1.0.1 is not really prepared to work with Java 8
- do not use folder names having blanks (Not: Sikuli X, but: SikuliX)

instead of using runsetup.cmd, just use on a command line:

java -jar sikuli-setup.jar

... you might get rid of any 1.0.1 oddities, when switching to 1.1.0 (http://sikulix.com)
