using
./runsikulix -d 4
I had no problems on Ubuntu 14.04 using this.
BTW:
./runsikulix -d 3 -c
is a better choice for more debugging info.
-d 3 is sufficient in all cases, where a user tries to dive into problem situation
-c directs the output to the terminal window, so it is easier to read and might be pied to a file
./runsikulix -d 3 -c >debuglog.txt
