We have fixed this in later 4.1 and trunk versions.

Could you read the manual and see if it makes sense, i.e. lookup the keyword: SCF.Mix.First and SCF.Mix.First.Force for details.

They should behave as *my* fix, however without any changes to the code.

I'll mark this as resolved for now. We know that we need a restart capability from H, but we consider this another incremental work and not a bug.
