Shotwell needs a keyboard shortcut or menu item for selecting the camera when it's connected.
This is usefull for Autopilot testing, without a keyboard shortcut or menu item we cannot import photos in automated testing.
It is also usefull for normal use, it's quite annoying to not have any keyboard access or menu access to it.
