Actually, Ubuntu was still using version 9.1 as of raring release. While not listed on the packages web site yet, it appears that saucy is also still using version 9.1 (see: https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/saucy/+package/postgresql , where is says "really 9.1+145"). I am not going to set the status for this bug to invalid yet, and until saucy is finalized (there is a package and description on the main packages website).
