Its currently breaking the "searchlight-mange index sync" when glance image has members.
To reproduce the error add an member to an image using glance cli

use TENANT1 to authorize ex. admin
glance member-create <IMAGE_ID> <MEMBER_ID> as TENANT1 to TENANT2

use TENANT2 to authorize and accept membership ex. demo
glance member-update <IMAGE_ID> <MEMBER_ID> <MEMBER_STATUS>
