Bug Description

I'm on a fresh installation of Loki Beta. This is a default installation for which I set Finnish as a system-wide language after installation using "Language & Region" plug.

After installing language support and rebooting, I decided to try screenshot app. I set "Conceal text" option on and took a screenshot. After saving the screenshot I closed screenshot app but the whole UI is still gibberish text even after many reboots. Turning "Conceal text" option on/off in screenshot app doesn't do anything to UI.

See the screenshot to see how this one option turned elementary OS installation for me.

This is still a problem on an up-to-date Loki beta2 installation. Consider targetting this for rc1 - https://launchpad.net/elementaryos/+milestone/loki-rc1 - as this bug makes the whole elementary installation unusable. Hence importance should be major.

I would just remove "Conceal text" option from screenshot-tool if there's no fix for this before Loki release.

One solution would be to apply a "reset to default" to type letters through Elementary Tweak, which luckily I had already installed.

But I think it could also serve to apply a "Restore Default Settings" from "About" in the system configuration.

Something I noticed is that this code doesn't seem to check what the previous font was. Perhaps we need a failsafe to check that we're not just setting the scribble don't again and if we are to reset the key to default. Changing to default font is less lossy than getting stuck on scribbles imo

I attached a branch here that checks if we're setting the font to the scribble font twice and resets if that's the case. Can someone who can reproduce the issue see if this branch fixes it for them?

It seems above branch fixed this issue, since I can not reproduce of it.
But, stiil has an issue with concealing Hangul for me, I would file another report of it as seperated with it.
