Bug Description

Whenever I use conceal text with noto-cjk font.
It always occur an conceal whole system issue, even after closing the conceal text screenshot and rebooting.
But, not happen to other fonts like fonts-nanum, fonts-unfonts-core.
Why it is critical, due to Xenial and Loki uses noto-cjk as default font for Korean, Japanese, Chinese....

 - Workaround -

Interface)
$ gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.interface font-name "Open Sans 9"

Terminal & Scratch)
$ gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.interface monospace-font-name "Roboto Mono 10"

Mail)
$ gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.interface document-font-name "Open Sans 10"

 - To avoid it -

Case of Korean)

Using font along with
NanumGothic(Nanum*) = fonts-nanum or
UnBatang(Un*) = fonts-unfonts-core

$ sudo apt install fonts-nanum

It can be avoid it from using with fonts-nanum or fonts-unfonts-core

clue)
There is no sit for noto-cjk even in the /etc/fonts/conf.d/30-cjk-aliases.conf
They have NanumGothic(Nanum*), UnBatang(Un*) which is fonts-nanum and fonts-unfonts-core's but don't have NotoSanCJK

it might be occurred by this missing noto-cjk fontconfig I guess.
