I don't know exactly how to reproduce this but this is what happens:

I open some files with Scratch, then close the app.
Open Scratch and after loading the previous files some go blank, and file size 0 bytes.

This is critical since the content is removed and there is no way of geting the contents of the files back.
Lost some OS files because of this.
