Bug Description
Hi,
I've updated scour.inkscape.py and scour.inx (files attached) so that all the script options are available to users.
Inkscape 0.47 is now frozen, but it could be a nice improvement for the next release.

Now that's a comfortable GUI for scour! ;-) Thank you - many Inkscape users who are not comfortable using a python commandline script will be delighted about it.
Confirming that this enhanced version of the 'Scour' output extension works well with Inkscape 0.46+devel r22516 on OS X 10.5.8 and setting bug status to 'In Progress'.
