Now that's a comfortable GUI for scour! ;-) Thank you - many Inkscape users who are not comfortable using a python commandline script will be delighted about it.

Confirming that this enhanced version of the 'Scour' output extension works well with Inkscape 0.46+devel r22516 on OS X 10.5.8 and setting bug status to 'In Progress'.
