Bug Description
Given that "site manager" and "school administrator" are distinct roles now, having the userid of the default admin user be "manager" and his name be "SchoolTool Administrator" is just too confusing. Especially since he is NOT a "school administrator."
So let's change his name (first last, not username) to "Default Manager." This would only be for new installs.

Previously, he had the name "School Manager".
Maybe ask for the real name, username and password on a new install, when there is no super user?
