Bug Description

Given that "site manager" and "school administrator" are distinct roles now, having the userid of the default admin user be "manager" and his name be "SchoolTool Administrator" is just too confusing. Especially since he is NOT a "school administrator."

So let's change his name (first last, not username) to "Default Manager." This would only be for new installs.

Previously, he had the name "School Manager".

Maybe ask for the real name, username and password on a new install, when there is no super user?

I don't want to do it through debconf. I wouldn't object to having a
screen to do it through the web, but that's a little more involved than
changing the name.

Let's just make it Default Manager.

Also, we need to change the listing in the Security page from "The super user - owner of this SchoolTool application." to "The Default Manager" so that's consistent.

Hmm, we also could change the name to "Schooltool Superuser".

I'd rather not hit everyone with that Unix-ism right out of the gate.
