Ah, ok so there are three issues, this traceback, the permissions, and navigation.

There's not really any reason to prohibit teachers from seeing the list of groups by default, so we should change that.

We do have some places where the Done button sends you back to where you came from based on the request string, I believe? We should do that here as well.

We really should do it just about everywhere, but for some reason we've not made much progress on it.
