Some other future recurrences were also wrong.

An existing refreshed iCal subscription to the calendar echoed the errors. I performed the following actions to correct the problem

1) exported from iCal to .ics
2) removed the subscription from iCal
3) opened the .ics in iCal
4) published from iCal to SchoolTool
5) made the correction in iCal.

Attached: the .ics file that was exported at step (1).

I can't reproduce the issue.
