Douglas says that most applications in El Salvador don't have separate fields for each last name. It doesn't seem like a high priority to me because it isn't clear when, for example, we would only want to use the second last name (or sort by the second last name, etc). If and when we tackle this, it will probably be as part of a larger name refactoring, which is probably necessary to deal with variations in name order. I definitely don't want to just tack it onto what we've got now.
