Extra comma in sblref.sty

I noticed that the short forms of my "Article" class items were getting an extra comma after the enquoted title (before the pg. number), e.g. Driver, “Three Technical Terms,”, 95. Everything else seemed to work well.

Well, I may have fixed it. I added:

                     \or%
                     \equal{\csname type@b@\@citeb\endcsname}{article}

to the \ifthenelse statement at line 298 of sblref.sty. It seems to have cleared-up the problem without any [obvious] adverse side affects.

I was also wondering if it could have something to do with the inside/outside quote options. I've never messed with them.

Thanks for your bug report. It probably is a bug, but I think it might
only surface in certain situations. Can you please send me a complete
minimal example of files (tex and bib) which demonstrate the problem?

Ah - I can reproduce the problem. I hadn't noticed because it does not
occur when punctuation is placed outside of quote marks, and this is the
style my college requires.

I think your suggested fix has other unintended consequences, so I'll
look into things further.
