Note that setenv and unsetenv seem to be better interfaces to provide than putenv, and do the malloc'ing for you. It would be nice if instead of fixing putenv (that OBVIOUSLY no one is using), sb-posix would instead just remove it and add setenv / unsetenv in its place.
