The underlying authorisation mechanism (sudo) does not allow you to run this program. Contact the system administrator.

'sudo kill 32571' from the terminal also doesn't work; it has no apparent effect. 'kill -9' does work, but I then also need to manually kill the other processes associated with sbackup.
I get a popup with an error message:
